KSR Fees.
The fees for the residence consist of accommodation, food, utilities a one-off capital levy and a refundable bond. The fees are based on a 19-week semester. The 2025 fees will be available mid year 2024.
Students make a financial commitment per semester however we have an expectation that students stay for the year. Please see our 2024 Fee Policy for more information.
The KSR Scholarship Fund has been set up in provide fee relief for those in financial need. If you are interested in finding more out about the Scholarship we offer, please get in contact with us.

There will be an increase to the 2025 fees (details published by mid-year 2024).
