The fees for the residence consist of a refundable bond and a semester fee.
Refundable Bond: AUD$400.00/-
Upfront payment (This has been discounted by 4%) $4605 per semester
Fortnightly payment $504.13 per fortnight (total per semester 4789.20)

Studentmake a financial commitment per semester however we have an expectation that students stay for the year
On receipt of your application form you will be notified and asked to contact us to arrange an interview, with your parents if possible and also to look around the hostel if you have not already done so.
Applicants successful in gaining a place will then be notified and others will be placed on a waiting list. Additional vacancies will occur following VCE results and first and second round offers. (Whilst places are offered earlier they are not finally allocated until confirmation is received from the applicant after the first round university offers.)
To retain a place offered or a place on the waiting list, applicants need to advise us if they are successful in obtaining their VCE, preferably in writing.
You will need to phone (03) 9853 5402 as soon as you receive your first round offer either to accept or reject your place at he hostel, or to indicate continuing interest when vacancies occur. If you accept the place you then need to send a $600.00 deposit made out to the Kew Student Residence.
